Hello, my name is Alejandro Gonzalez, and I am going to be a senior accounting student at the University of North Texas. I am very excited to be given the opportunity to be a Property Management Intern at the Tanger Outlets – Fort Worth location and hope to learn as much as possible during my time here. I am a bit familiar with the company as I was previously a Customer Service Representative before accepting this role.

Upon starting college, I instantly knew I wanted to get involved with on campus activities and that is exactly what I did. Currently, I am the Community Service Director for the Association of Latino Professionals for America, a member of Beta Alpha Psi and the Accounting Scholars Program, and a brother in Delta Sigma Pi. I am in the process of completing a dual Bachelor of Science/Master of Science in Accounting, which will help me reach my goal of becoming a Certified Public Accountant.

In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my friends, playing video games, and running whenever I get the chance. This summer, I plan to pick up more hobbies like cooking, reading, and maybe even learning how to play the piano. Pre-pandemic, I went to every concert I possibly could, and hopefully I will be able to return when things get a bit better.

So far, I have enjoyed my internship with Tanger and have already learned so much in the few couple of weeks I have been here. I am excited to work closely with the management team and to help organize the events we have coming up.
