It has already been 3 weeks since I started working here at Tanger. It is unbelievable how quickly time is going! It is a little difficult to describe my days here because they are all different – which is one of my favorite things about this internship!

I start my day when I get to the office around 7:45 AM and clock in at 8:00 AM. I check my emails and planner to remind myself of any meetings or things I have to take care of first thing. Afterwards, I check in with the Hershey Team to make sure we are all on the same page of what needs to get done that day.

I have rotated through all the positions here at Tanger Outlets – Hershey. I started with the Customer Service Representatives, moved on to the Office Administrator, shadowed the Assistant General Manager, and finally learned about the General Manager role. From marketing, purchase orders, budgets, and operations, I have learned about a little bit of everything! This knowledge has helped me tremendously because I have been able to see all the pieces of the puzzle come together. The remainder of my day focuses on collecting information for my project which is about advertising and partner opportunities for Tanger Outlets – Hershey. As I said, every day is different here. It is great to come in and learn something new everyday!
